We noticed some customers have problem when installing pc programme. It may say part of the file is missing.
This issue could happened in some Windows system if the software did not been installed with ‘administrator’ account. If you google online, you should be able to find this is not a common issue if you are using ‘user’ account for Windows system. Anyway,
here is the way we believe you can sort the issue out:
1, Copy ‘MSWINSCK.OCX’ to system32, which is your Windows system files folder;
2, Run regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX in Command tab.
If this doesn’t work in your system please use google, I am sure you can find the answer on internet.
