มาแล้วกับการประกาศรางวัล Golden Joystick Awards 2024 เวที่ประกาศรางวัลสำหรับวงการเกมที่ยิ่งใหญ่อีกเวที ที่มีแบ่งหมวดหมู่รางวัลหลายสาขา ทั้งให้กับตัวเกมเอง และผู้พัฒนา ทีมงานที่อยู่เบื้องหลัง โดยปีนี้ก็มีหลายเกมเข้าชิงในแต่ละสาขาจนทำเอาตัดสินใจยาก มาดูว่า เกมไหนจะได้รางวัลสาขาใดบ้าง

เกมที่ชนะรางวัล Golden Joystick Awards 2024

โดยเกมที่ได้รับรางวัลเยอะที่สุดคือ  Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth ได้ไปถึง 4 รางวัล จากการเข้าชิงทั้งหมด 7 รางวัล และ Helldivers 2 คว้าไปได้รางวัล 3 รางวัล จากเข้าชิงทั้งหมด 5 รางวัล

ส่วนรางวัลที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในงาน Ultimate Game of the Year ตกเป็นของ Black Myth Wukong เป็นผลงานของ Game Science ผู้พัฒนาเกมคอนโซลหน้าใหม่ แล้วสตูดิโอแห่งนี้ยังคว้ารางวัลการออกแบบภาพยอดเยี่ยมไปอีกด้วย

ซึ่งถือว่าการได้รางวัลเหมือน เหมือนเป็นการตอกโลงจบดราม่า? ที่ เกม Black Myth Wukong ได้คะแนนวิจารณ์จากสื่อตะวันตกต่ำมาก ตั้งแต่เกมยังไม่วางขาย โดยบอกว่า เกมนี้ไม่มีความหลากหลายพอ และมีการเหยียดเพศ เพราะไม่มีตัวละครเพศหญิงเลย จนเกิดดราม่าไปในวงกว้าง แต่พอเกมวางขายวันแรก กลับทุบสถิติประวัติศาศตร์เกมเลยก็ว่าได้ เพราะมียอดผู้เล่นพร้อมกันสูงถึง 1.4 ล้านคนทั่วโลก

ทั้งนี้ เกมเมอร์หลายคนก็มองว่า เกมก็คือเกม อย่ามายัดเยียดอุดมการณ์ หรือปัญหาทางสัมคมอะไรเข้ามาเลย ขอแค่ภาพสีสวยสมจริง ตัวเกมความสนุก มันส์สะใจก็พอแล้ว
