As of this patch’s release, in Dragon Soul on the Warmaster Blackhorn encounter, the “swirly” visual for Goriona’s Twilight Onslaught ability does not show up on the ship deck.
I’m not sure if this has been an issue since earlier, as this is the first time in a few months I’ve run the raid.
