ผมใช้ Windows 7 64-bit กับ Kies 2.3.2.12054_20 ลองเสียบสายเพื่อจะทดสอบ Kies ปรากฎว่าติดปัญหา ตัววินโดว์สไม่สามารถติดตั้ง driver ได้ครับ ติด “CDC Serial” และ “SAMSUNG_Android” บอกว่า No driver found ส่วน GT-I9300 ติดตั้งผ่าน
มีใครมีคำแนะนำบ้างครับ

นี่ลอง reinstall ใหม่ก็ยังไม่หายครับ อาการเดิม
ของเรายังลงได้อยู่เลยนะ ใช้ wind 7 64 bit เหมือนกัน ตอนแรกก็ลงไม่ได้หรอกติดตรงติดตั้งไดร์เวอร์ไม่ผ่านนี่แหละ
จากนั้นก็เลยลองลบออกดูแล้ว ติดตั้งใหม่โดย คลิกขวาแล้วเลือก Run Admin จากนั้นก็ next ไปเรื่อยๆ จนติดตั้งเลยค่ะ ห้ามเลือกลงโปรแกรมที่อื่นนะ ให้มันเลือกเองนั่นแหละค่ะ เพราะถ้าเลือกไปที่ program file แล้วมันจะลงไม่ได้นี่แหละ จากนั้นก็ลงประมาณนานหน่อย ก็ได้แล้วนะค….
ทำแล้วครับ ก็ยังไม่ผ่านอยู่ดี (-_-‘)

หาทางแก้ได้แล้วครับ แล้วก็ต่อ Kies ได้แล้ว
วิธีการ
– ปลดโทรศัพท์จากเครื่องพีซี
– อัพเดท Kies เป็นรุ่นใหม่ล่าสุด (ต้องต่อเน็ต)
– เลือก ‘Troubleshooting connection error’ แล้วปล่อยให้มันอัพเดทไดร์เวอร์ตัวล่าสุด แต่ก็ยังเฟลอยู่ดี
– เซ็ตโทรศัพท์ให้อยู่ในโหมด USB debug (โดยไปที่ Settings > Developer options > USB debugging)
– เสียบสายเข้าเครื่องพีซี
– Windows จะพยายามติดตั้งไดร์เวอร์แต่ก็จะพลาดที่เดิมอยู่ดี (SAMSUNG_Android กับ ‘CDC Serial’)
– บนพีซี ไปที่ Control Panel > Device Manager
– ไล่ไปที่ Universal Serial Bus Controller > USB Composite Device อาจจะมีหลายตัวแต่เลือกเอาตัวแรกก่อน คลิกขวาแล้วเลือก Update Driver Software (ต้องต่อเน็ตด้วย!)
– ไล่ทำซ้ำกับ USB Composite Device ที่เหลือ จนได้ตามนี้
ใต้หมวด SAMSUNG Android Phone จะเจอ -> SAMSUNG Android ADB Interface
ใต้หมวด Modem จะเจอ SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem
ใต้หมวด Universal Serial Bus Interface จะมี SAMSUNG Mobile USB Composite Device
ใต้หมวด Portable Devices จะมี GT-I9300
– สั่ง Eject GT-I9300 แล้วเสียบสายใหม่อีกครั้ง รอบนี้ Kies น่าจะ detect เจอแล้วครับ
