1. Unlock bootloader: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show….php?t=1598964
2. Install CWM v5 Recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show….php?t=1721749
3. make a NANDROID
4. Get root (same link as 1.)
5. Transfer the rom zip file and the addon file from the second post to your SDCARD
6. Backup whatever you want to.
7. extract the boot.img from the zip file and place it in your fastboot folder, overwrite the CWM one (do this after flashing CWM)
8. Boot into bootloader (by holding volume down while the phone starts)
9. Pick ‘fastboot’ using the on/off button
10. flash the boot.img form the zip, using the command: fastboot flash boot boot.img
11. Boot into CWM Recovery from bootloader
12. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset option and scroll down until YES pops, and then press it
13. Go to “install zip from sdcard”, then ‘choose zip from sdcard”
14. Then navigate to the folder wherever you saved the rom file and press it, then scroll down and press YES.
15. The process will start and you will be notified when it is completed.
16. Go back into fastboot and flash the boot.img again like 9.
17. Go into recovery, go to “install zip from sdcard” and flash the addon file
18. Just Reboot and Enjoy! Options are in the app drawer.
