Please let them know that forcing people to go into a service center for an update on the i858 is just plain stupid. All the other companies, such as Moto, Samsung, HTC, LG, even Wellcom, provide updates via download that customers can apply themselves. It is easy to flash a ROM update on an Android device. I-Mobile is just wasting their customer’s time and wasting their tech’s time. Plus there are a lot of people that have purchased the phone and taken it overseas. They cannot go into a service center for an update. I-Mobile needs to stop acting like an old school company and get with the Internet age. They should have a better website (their website sucks) and let customers download ROM updates online.
I think I mobile service knows these problems for sure, but I still suppose that there are some factors which we haven’t known them yet.
Flashing by customer can lead the problems to I mobile because some of them haven’t known about software or hardward like you or us.
Please give him spend their time to improve it, I’m sure it will be better.
Agree both you all,
