วิธีการสลับ Internal SD กับ External SD
ไปเจอมาจากเว็บเพื่อนบ้านต่างประเทศครับ
หากซ้ำก็ต้องขออภัยด้วยนะครับ
ผมยังไม่เคยลองไม่มีเวลา + ความรู้พอนะครับ
ใครรู้หรือลองทำได้แล้วมาขยายผลด้วยครับ

There are the patchs to switch External and Internal SD card.
You need flash it in CWM.
Cwm = clockwork mod recovery น่าจะเป็นอันเดียวกับที่ท่าน godhAndes ได้โพสเอาไว้นะครับ

Mount the external SD card as /sdcard, and internal SD card as /sdcard/_External :

o3d-sd-external.zip

Mount the internal SD card as /sdcard, and external SD card as /sdcard/_External :

o3d-sd-internal.zip

Use Root Explorer open /system/etc/vold.fstab

you will find two line like:

dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard auto /devices/platform/mmci-omap-hs.1/mmc_host/mmc0
dev_mount extsdcard /mnt/sdcard/_ExternalSD auto /devices/platform/mmci-omap-hs.0/mmc_host/mmc1

Edit it into the following:

dev_mount extsdcard /mnt/sdcard auto /devices/platform/mmci-omap-hs.0/mmc_host/mmc1
dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard/_ExternalSD auto /devices/platform/mmci-omap-hs.1/mmc_host/mmc0

Then save and reboot, the External and internal SD card will be swap.
