When my phone is on the battery level doesn’t change. If I reboot it then the battery level will show a new level. But while the phone is on the level doesn’t change. What could cause the battery gauge to get stuck and only show new level after a reboot?

I’m not sure how to fixed the problem
maybe when you have the “full charge”
use root explorer to data/system and delete file “batterystats.bin”
for wipe your battery and reboot your phone… i think it can fix yr prob.
or some rom / in the recovery mode is have advance to wipe battery
test to do it (^^)
