Upgrading from froyo:
Download and flash in CWK
Reccomended to wipe to avoid corrupt installation as this doesnt wipe
U might get a weird fuzzy screen on boot, dont know why but it happened to me . It also didnt let me access recovery. After this rom flash u can install supercurios Test kernels which allow you to access CWK Recovery.
From Gingerbread:
Flash any speedmod in odin without reboot, go in clockwork and flash.
