If u make sure is a GSM version (not Verizon, it a CDMA) and unlocked, u can use it around the world that support GSM/WCDMA

because i’m ues RAZR-GSM (not MAXX) US version, buy it’s on 1st sell in US.
RAZR is 3G qoud-band, you can use with all thai-operator
