ผมเพิ่งซื้อเครื่องมาเมื่อวาน 25/7/56 ครับ

วันนี้ลอง Update ผ่าน Sony PC Companion แต่มันฟ้องว่า

Problem:
Unable to install software update components on your computer.

Details:
Sony update engine could not be installed (error 0x803d0020).

มีใครเคยเจอแบบนี้บ้างไหมครับ
